We’ve all heard the story of David and Goliath, and how David dared to stand up against anything came against his nation and more importantly his Lord (read full story for the parallel – 1 Samuel 17). How he wouldn’t stand for someone to say:
Why have you come out to line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me. If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us…I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.
Well, I found this picture the other day on a major news agency reporting on the struggles of the nation of Israel and the Palestinian people and a thought came to my mind when I saw it – is this what David would of looked liked in a modern day setting when facing that giant? Was his struggles so different then the ones we deal with today?

All, I’ve posted a case study on “Internal Competition” and I’m interested to know what your thoughts are on the subject, especially if you’re management, the owner of a business with employee’s.
You’ll have to read the entire post (5 paragraphs long) before you comment.
